Familyhood Education Foundation and Kudos For Kids
Hello Everyone,
We are rapidly approaching the Fall season and the Holidays. 2003 sped
by quicker than 2002, so it seems.
Thus it is with our families, our children come to us and are grown
before we realize that they are even ready to leave the nest.
It is what we teach them that counts. It is what we model to them that
instills a pattern for living. It is what we say and avoid saying that
teaches about communication. As parents, you are the model, teacher
and cheering section. The most important thing I learned as a Mother
was to see my daughter for who she is, not what my agenda was for her
was. She is not me and I am not her. When I saw the powerful, talented,
funny, sensitive and creative person that she is along with me letting
go, at the right time, she blossomed into a woman capable of achieving
her own dreams. She chose wisely her husband and is parenting two
adorable children while developing her own talents and all else that makes her
special and unique. I love being her Mother.
I would encourage you to have in your homes !0The Complete Parenting
Program.!1 The last 8 CDs (there are 16 CDs in the complete program) are
on Family Systems, this information is not only entertaining to listen
to but actually helps those that desire to change, to be able and
equipped with correct knowledge to create a new environment in the home,
which changes all relationships for the better.
I decided along time ago to never short change myself of any
information that I need to grow, develop and find real happiness. We short change
ourselves when we say.!1 I can not afford a parenting program, or what
can I learn from listening to CDs?!1 Just remember, a developer can
not build the desired homes with out the correct TOOLS, he can have the
finest wood, nails, bricks, cement, etc. Without TOOLS, he can not use
any of these building materials. With the right TOOLS the developer
can build beautiful homes to sell and make a profit. With the proper
TOOLS we can build successful and happy families that influence our
society for the better. Is that not a great and worthy goal?
With all the assault on the traditional family which includes single
parent households. We need these TOOLS. We need to fortify our homes with
love, fun and the work ethic along with instilling correct principles
for living a happy life. We need responsible children who can say no to
peer pressure. We all need these TOOLS.
I personally believe that we are that we might have joy, the joy comes
when the darkness (ignorance) leaves and the light (knowledge) enters
our minds and hearts.
